FSAE batteries

I assembled a presentation about FSAE powertrains for the FSAE Workshop in Detroit in 2020. I borrowed cell models and work from classes I took and added historical data and modeling from the design and test phases of MER19. Some of the information is now outdated, but a lot of the models are still relevant.
